The Organic Social Media Communications Manager will own the strategy and execution of social media campaigns, driving brand awareness and audience growth for one of our growing products - Eureka Shopping. This role requires a creative storyteller with a strong eye for visually engaging and impactful content, an analytical thinker skilled at interpreting data to optimize performance, and a collaborative team player who excels in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in social media platforms, management tools, and emerging trends to deliver engaging content and campaigns that resonate with Eureka’s target audience. Working closely with marketing, creative, and customer experience teams, this role ensures that all social media efforts align with Eureka’s broader goals and branding, using best practices to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage a strategic social media calendar that aligns with marketing and product goals.
- Execution: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms, showcasing Eureka’s value as an all-in-one shopping app.
- Collaboration: Partner with media buying, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and adjust strategies to increase engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Trend Spotting: Stay current with social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to keep Eureka’s presence fresh and relevant.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and improve content, timing, and targeting for maximum impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for social media initiatives, providing insights and updates to relevant teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of social media or digital marketing experience, ideally in the online shopping or e-commerce space.
- Proven track record of creating successful organic social media campaigns utilizing UGC specifically but not only.
- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), analytics tools, and trends.
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and web content development.
